Ciao :) Sullaluna is a family owned Italian bookstore and bistrot in the West Village. We are a young and growing concept that combines food, culture and design. Ownership and the full management team are Italian, hands on and present every day, with a clear culinary and business vision. We are looking for a chef with whom we can grow together. This is not a short term replacement or a stopgap role. We want to build something over time, develop projects together and evolve the kitchen with a shared mindset. The work environment is healthy and respectful. No toxic dynamics, no yelling, no chaos. The climate is collaborative, calm and stable.
